Backwards In Heels

Five diverse women (Barb, Jean, Marie, Marge, and Rita) meet by invitation at a local university to discuss issues relevant to mature women. Soon upon their arrival, the group facilitator sends a text stating that she is running late. She encourages them to introduce themselves as the women have not met before. As they address the topics in a questionnaire (received prior to the meeting) the women soon realize the similarities in their lives. Through encouragement, a bit of confrontation and song, each realized they found solidarity and courage in sharing with other "Women of a Certain Age".
