About the event
Waterville Playshop presents a comedy-drama play about the bond among a group of Southern women in northwest Louisiana. Steel Magnolias was written by American writer Robert Harling. This title suggests the "female characters are as delicate as magnolias but as tough as steel". Through laughter, tears, and a thick fog of hairspray, these women face trials and triumphs armed with their greatest strengths.
